Information on the jury process

After formal examination of all applications by employees of the Foundation for Digital Games Culture the valid submissions will be presented to an independent, 24-member jury of experts, who will evaluate the applications in a two-stage process.

Information on compensation for jury work

  • Jury members receive an expense allowance of EUR 1,600 (net) for their work on the jury. This allowance covers all viewing and meeting expenses as a lump sum.
  • An additional EUR 100 (net) can be charged for writing a brief characterisation/critical appraisal of a pitch.
  • Members of the main jury receive an additional EUR 1,000 (net) expense allowance. This additional expense allowance covers all additional viewing and meeting expenses as a lump sum.
